About

About Dr Alan James

Care philosophy

The public-facing focus of this practice is movement restoration, soft tissue care, pain and mobility, and whole-body function. Chiropractic care is included as one useful tool when appropriate, but it is not the entire identity of the practice.

The goal is to identify the factors affecting function and explain them in language patients can understand.

What makes the approach different

Dr James looks beyond the painful area. He considers how joints, muscles, fascia, posture, movement habits, trigger points, and compensation patterns interact.
